How you can Mortify an enchantment is beyond me; nevertheless, this card is versatile and effective.

Loving the Terry Pratchet-esque flavour text, though I agree the older art was more appealing

That flavor text is awesome.
"I just got back from the doctor."
"How'd it go?"
"I...I tested positive for being-in-the-way-of-a-millennia-old-vampire."

Hilarious flavor text and incredible art. Great reprint.

I find the original art better, the colors are more expressive. This one is more of like a decay or destroy spell rather than the person dying of mortification.

Though the flavor text is rather corny, it's nice that this card gets an art update to match its power.

Still a great card, but that new flavour text is unfathomably lame.

I tend to prefer my mortifys to come on giant, flying sticks, but this will still be quite a welcome addition to my Orzhov deck.
