Compare with Rakdos Shred-Freak.
In a deck, you lose the certainty of being able to cast him on turn 2, and you gain +1 power.

This seems like a reasonable uncommon.

I like Goblin Deathraiders a bit better, but they're both good and worthy.

Love goblin deathraiders but hate trample? Well, has Rakdos got the card for you!

I can definitely see a place for this guy in standard burn or Rakdos Deck Wins. A repeatable 3 damage isn't anything to scoff at, plus there isn't much that can block him safely and no one will want to waste removal on him either.

@Bluehero: Why not play them both?
This is a solid little guy. Goblin tribal looks more and more likely. I just hope we get a goblin lord in M14.

I'm seriously considering making my RDW deck a Rakdos deck now.
