Erm, how does a squid coming out of an amulet destroy the world?

Interestingly enough, a Welding Jar will allow you to save this for another use. This is an impressive card that can fit into decks of any color, and unlike something like Jokulhaups, does not knock out lands, thus making it useful when you still want to play spells in response. It helped Necropotence decks disable their otherwise unkillable enchantment, while wiping out board disadvantage and allowing its controller to regain control of the battlefield. This is not to be trifled with.

Fun with Darksteel Forge. For even more fun, add a Mycosynth Lattice.

How could people play with that convoluted alpha rules text?
