And yet the only non-mythic dragon in the set is Pardic Dragon. Not such a great rare for a set made to draft.
But then you remember it's Dragonstorm, and therefore deserves 5 stars.

Don't forget Dragonstorm can also find Changelings in Modern Masters Limited. There are three, notably all found at common : Avian Changeling, Mothdust Changeling and War-Spike Changeling.

Anyone that mentions that Changelings interact with Tribal cards or Tribal supporting effects needs to be fed to a Mistform Ultimus. -_- It is True, but Stupid, and therefore we should Ignore and Forget it. :P
Wizards could have put Shivan Dragon in this set at Common. All the Changelings could have just been Dragons. Common Shivan Dragon would be, I think, Exciting in Draft. He was the First Bomb, but he's weak enough now to see print at Common in a special set like this. People would have griped some, but not much, because the chance to play Dragonstorm for a bunch of Shivans in Draft would have been Epic enough to be worth all the kneejerk negative reactions I think :)
If not Common, then absolutely at Uncommon. :P

The irony of this card is that it takes a lot of ramping to be able to cast it early enough in the game to matter, which means you will have a fairly high storm count when cast, and yet you only need a count of 3 to win.
I haven't seen much mention of it, but the essential dragon is definitely Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund. You want to be able to pull it off with the minimal storm count possible as well as not having to give your opponent a turn. The 2nd most important creature is the Bogardan Hellkite because, assuming you also have Karrthus out, it's 10 damage. For the remaining 3 damage, nearly anything else will do.
