I think one of the better dragons of the set.
He's a threat straight up and get something when he dies.

In all honestly, most blue decks need finishers. This guy must've provided quite an effective role.
Or would've done had it not been for bloody Affinity.

Way way better with the newer legendary rule coming up. Play a second one after you attack, now you have one defending and have stolen your opponent's fatty as another defender. Beautiful; especially since the other Kamigawa dragons didn't fair *as* well with the newer rule.
Good without shenanigans anyway

@SirDrake909: I think he was implying you would choose to sacrifice the tapped one to steal a creature from your opponent.

Absolute bomb in Limited, greatly helped by the fact that it's easily splashable.

Cast Infinite Reflectiononto Keiga. Cast a weenie. It's ETB makes it a clone of Keiga. Choose to put that one into the graveyard as the state-based action and steal a creature from your opponent. Works slow and probably more geared towards EDH, but if you've got cheap creatures to cast and can keep your enchanted Keiga out, you'll come up with a pretty sizable army made up of everyone else's creatures. Shenanigan's for sure, but aren't those the kinds of things that make EDH fun?

Looks fun in draft, not too excited to see this in my packs

Spoiler Alert:
"OH YEAH!... If the ability is true, why didn't he just take over Hidetsugu and all of his Yama Bushi dogs with his ability?!"

@blurrymadness Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the new legendary rule still prohibits you from controlling more than one copy of a legendary card on your field. You can now cast and keep a card with the same name as a legendary on your opp's side of the field, just not your own.
