He's 2 power for 1R, or 3 power for 2RR (not to mention, you can block with the main body before you have to pay the echo). However, the most important part is the fact that this power is spread over 2 or 3 bodies, since he gets absolutely insane with Mad Auntie and Tar Pitcher.
A good card outside of the b/r goblins deck, and absolutely disgusting in it.

Don't forget Warren Weirding. He rocks with the Goblin Chieftain letting him swing upon arrival. And, in my personal silly deck, Goblin Assassin, acting as a multiple trigger for its ability and all sorts.
And in nongoblin decks, he's like a Gather The Townsfolk that gives you a free block for a turn.
Nope, this guy is just too good. Easy to see why he's in this set.

Really good if you can sac or block with it before you have to pay the echo cost. I really don't like that if you let it die to echo you end up with a goblin that still has summoning sickness, but you can't have everything.
