Woah there Wizards. A Sliver that gives them Trample? That's absurd!

One of the worst slivers, not good on his own, but still is a sliver so he'll have more abilities by the time he is played.

No sliver should ever cost 7.

I think they should have reprinted Horned Sliver or at least a functional reprint. 7 is far too much to pay for universal trample in Green. By the time this hits the field, you would be winning anyway, Trample aside.
Still, I kinda like the art. Looks like a Sliver interbred with an Oran-Utan

This beast will absolutely DEFINE M14 Limited. Possibly good enough to 2nd pick. Looking forward to it.

SO glad they've returned the iconic niche creature type, Slivers. Great card, too.

That's not a sliver.

I have a question about trample.
If I'm attacking with a 3-3 creature with trample and my opponent blocks with a 1-1 then shocks my creature to finish the job does the combat damage still hit the player or does it fall short like he claims?

@Odee: the damage still goes through since all combat damage is dealt at the same time (outside of First/Double Strike) and creatures only die due to having damage exceeding their toughness after the trample damage would go through. Same thing if the opponent blocks your 3/3 trample with a 3/1.
