People need to compare this card with what's currently in the format and evaluate it that way. Think Twice 2 mana and 3 mana flashback, draws 2 cards for 5 mana. Inspiration 4 mana, draws 2 cards. Sphinx's Revelation Costs 3X mana to draw X cards gain X life. Ok disregarding the Sphinx all the other options can be played earlier to dig for answers. Think Twice has flexibility, even if you are discarding it, you have 1 more use out of the graveyard. Concentrate doesn't its all or nothing but it can be played at the opponent's turn. In the Late game is where this card shines and people are obviously comparing it to Sphinx but Sphinx is a $20-30 card this is .15 at most. Plus Sphinx requires a bigger mana commitment in white. IN order for Sphinx to draw 4 cards, you have to pay 7 mana and you are gaining 4 life as well.
In magic the difference in 1 turn is crucial. turn 6 draw 4 cards and find a removal spell is very good ... (see all)

If you're running white, Sphinx's Revelation is obviously better. This card just says that you have alternatives if you don't want to run white.

For people who can't afford the hefty price tag on Sphinx's Revelation, this card is a godsend. Same for decks such as Grixis which can't play Sphinx's anyway.

Love the reprint, the art, and especially the flavourtext, good job.
Comparing uncommons to mythic rares is pointless, especially a 1 colour uncommon to a 2 colour mythic.
