Not exactly like Holy Day. That one negated a whole turn's worth of combat damage, whereas this one is more likely to either stop a massive burn spell or ensure that one of your creatures survives combat.

Like Fog or Holy Day. Ecxept this can block off burn damage.
I like to call it "Smoke No Weed".

I would play this in the same deck as Fog. Would probably play a 3/1 or 2/2 split.
I find it interesting that they actually supplement each other. I think 3/1 with an extra 1 in the side so you can board into a 2/2 split, is the most anyone would want to play unless they are specifically going for the Turbo Fog Deck archetype. Reasons to use Fog tactics but not Turbo Fog strategy exist, but are few.
Mainly in a Control Deck that chooses to win with something other than Brain Freeze
