Easily a 4.5/5 in the right deck. IMO. Potent on both the offense and defense. Use it on a pair of Phalanx Leaders and your field gets beefy fast.

I feel like it's hard to say anything with a javelin in your chest. But, yes, this is likely the best of the "double heroic trigger" cycle, mostly because of its low cost.

"Heroic" really needs more "up to X target...." cards for me to LOVE it :)
I think it's a passable mechanic, but right now the only cards I can think of that do enough targeting are.....Red 'burn something' spells....and.....hey actually, Cone of Flames a bunch of heroes that are all big enough to survive and give them +1/+1 counters sounds like a cool thing to do o.O
