This seems like by far the strongest curse in the cycle. It's like a Forced Adaptation for all your creatures on the condition you should be doing something Green creatures should already be doing - Hulk Smashing.
@Totema does that mean what it sounds like it means, if you know what I mean?

Hey, a green Curse. How about that? I guess Garruk got a little too close to the Chain Veil, eh?

Simic has a curse just for you...
Or go persist with Kitchen Finks.

Also known as the Curse of $#@! You. Have fun being 'that guy' when you play it and everyone around you simultaneously sighs with relief, while also feeling some sense of annoyance that they now 'have to' attack one person else risk losing the ground wars. Enticements for attacking are fine, but this goes beyond that. I would feel bad for an opponent who gets this cast on them, especially considering Commander games can go for hours, and we all know the guy with the target painted on his back will be out very soon.

Literally the best curse ever printed. Also the only Green one. Again, not much use in a curse deck, as you won't have many creatures.
Note that you get the counters before the damage step.
