My favorite thing about 'snipe is that, even though it's removal bait the size of the moon, he's cheap enough that you can cast him lategame and then toss in a bunch of instants in response to any incoming removal.

Gives you at least the theoretical possibility of casting Gitaxian Probe for the win, and that might be the most terrifying card to die to ever.
Protip: Guttersnipes normally pilot Spellskites.

If you're playing him alongside other creatures, consider creatures that come in the form of instants and sorceries. Guttersnipe isn't above standing ready for Krenko's Command to act.

This card can amplify your burn spells real nice. I had two of these out, then played two Searing Spears for 14 damage!
