there are literally tens of thousands of cards.

maybe it's one of the greatest LAND arts ever. :P but, it's not really quite competitive with 'all the cards ever'.

The card says "You may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost..." so if I have a sorcery or a creature card that was exiled, I can play it on another persons turn? I sometimes see cards like this say you can play it any time you can play an instant, or play it as an instant. I was unsure on this card.
