You're getting three cards, not two, as compared to March of the Returned for similar cost, and instant speed. Pop this one early for Constellation and Devotion and save it until you've got three creatures in the graveyard. Not a bad way to go.

this card is absolutely fantastic at letting you outlast your opponents.

Allowing you to bring back your Deathtouchers and Finishers at instant speed should never be underestimated.
