Funny. This normally would be worse than an unsummon, but with Bestow, it can pack a wallop of tempo.

An added benefit if you are running offensive enchantments like Soul Tithe, or Oppressive Rays, or Banishing Light, or Arrest is that when the time comes that your opponent tries to destroy your enchantments that are holding his creatures back he will be out of luck. For example your opponent has a creature down and you have Arrest on it and your opponent casts a destroy or exile enchantment card on your Arrest hoping to get use of his or her creature back. In response you cast Hubris and send both your Arrest and the creature your opponent wanted to use back to their owner's hands and you get to use your Arrest again. Your opponent will be really likely to be running enchantment removal in standard so this is a pretty likely scenario.

They got a third of Orzhov charm in a more playable color. Not too bad if you are playing heroic. This actually evens out if you have a heroic that draws or auras with ETB draw triggers. Playable but probably not going to see any play in constructed. 3/5.

5/5 because it's called Hubris (though I agree that it could have cost only ).
