Riddle of Carddraw? Sure. This can be a fun card and dig pretty dang deep. Riddle of Lightning will just have to deal.

Certainly much more reliable / self-contained than Heed the Mists.

Future Sight's blue had a lot of Scry, but this cycle was incomplete:
White Judge Unworthy
Blue Interpret the Signs
Black Putrid Cyclops
Red Riddle of Lightning
Green Llanowar Empath

It takes a lot of work to make this card better than Opportunity. All but worthless in standard.
