Neat, multipurpose card. It will definitely suck when you want to kill an opponent's enchantment creature or pump your nonenchantment dude. Ah well.

Is it great? No, but it's semi-reliable removal in limited and can also buff a critter a bit, so I can't hate on it too bad.
