A guy at the prerelease pulled a foil of this. I traded him my promo Dawnbringer Charioteers for it. I still think I came out ahead. Gorgeous art.

Ayup. One match against an opponent with this ran to time. What an annoying wall. Even the damage you sneak through doesn't stick. Great card.

Tanks almost anything the early game can throw at you like an absolute boss, on top of a lifegain effect and looking fricking awesome. I love Kruphix's design and naturally i'm loving this as well.

Excellent sideboard card against Boros Burn; it's damn near impossible for burn to remove unless they want to 2-for-1 themselves.

Combos with Heliod to let you swing with your 0/5 and still be able to block!
On a more serious note, White lifegain is getting pretty crazy between this, Hopeful Eidolon, Fiendslayer Paladin, Archangel of Thune, and Dawnbringer Charioteers.

This card is fantastic in limited. Picked it up in a draft the other night, and it would always gain 10+ life per game (and nobody wanted to waste precious removal on it.) Think about it this way: would you draft a card that says this?
