I suppose this could be used with Reanimate. Though there are usually better options for that kind of deck, such as Careful Study.

It was a rare in the Dark. For some reason some retard in Development decided this would be good as an Uncommon in Fourth and Fifth. This would be a Mythic today. A Banned in Standard and Modern Mythic. This card is so retardedly overpowered, I now see what R&D means by complaining that Old Blue got too much Color Pie.
I mean, of course Old Blue was too powerful, but I didn't think it had an unfair share of mechanical devices. I now see I am completely, 100%, as wrong as it is possible to be, because this card should never be mono-colored of ANY color that's how much power AND utility it has. Also should cost 3 times as much mana and be about 5 times as Rare in Limited.
Actually, this card in unsalvageably WRONG. Just think: If this were an Instant, we'd have our answer to What could POSSIBLY be more undercosted than ANCESTRAL RECALL??!
Yep. This could have been the Blue Boon.
