Want to use this so badly but you have to be in such a good position to make it work for you. Some life gain and extra card drawing options are a must.

Broken.

Step 1) Establish board control with a early game beat.
Step 2) Deal with all of opponents responses via counterspell / removal.
Step 3) Drop this and they can never draw again.
