I've seen a worm be a 1/1, how is a caribou a 0/1?
IRL an adult wolf, 2/2 in-game, will not attack an adult caribou.

Man... this card... I started playing in 5th Edition, and I'm very glad I didn't open any of these at the time. It's a RARE.
So, for 7 mana (I'm adding in the enchanted land itself here), you get a 0/1 creature that you can sacrifice to gain 1 life. This is so bad. I'll grant that the "cost per caribou" goes down over time (10 mana for 2 Caribou, 13 mana for 3 Caribou, etc), but these tokens are so underwhelming that I don't think it could ever be considered worthwhile. Compare to Leafdrake Roost - at least there, you get something that has a non-zero power and also has evasion.
I normally like cards that are a bit unusual or unique, but even the singular creature type here isn't enough to win me over. Not only is this card inefficient, but it's also boring.

An 0/1 caribou is a chump blocker; block, then sacrifice to gain a life. A handy card, limited especially; one or two of these in a drafted mono-white deck would always be good.
