Zoah? This is basically the same thing as Fountain of Cho; the difference is that this can just stay tapped and accumulate counters, whereas the Fountain has to tap each turn. Other than that, yes, you get two different colors from the other two you mentioned, but you have to PAY to put the counters on in the first place. This really isn't bad, given those conditions and circumstances.

Definetly superior to other white storage lands if youre putting it in, say, decks that utilize Winter Orb...

The problem with lands like this and their potential combinations with Doubling Season / Gilder Bairn or Proliferate is that you still have to spend mana to get mana. Usually, getting a net gain isn't worth it unless you have an cost worth paying.
But if you're patient, I suppose it wouldn't be bad.

this would have been a nice touch to mirrodin block a few years ago. Overall,it's a nice land. Good memories from the old n days.
