I used to love rolling this card, but sadly it was the weakest link of my deck. They look awesome and the flavor text is funny, but they just seem to slow things down when there's more efficient slivers out there.

Apparently this fellow was originally going to be Red for a 1/1, but Wizards thought better of it. That would have made him pretty good, no?
