Tome Scour doesn't give you four turn foreknowledge what they will draw.
This is good card, but tad overcosted.

Its a bit expensive (but almost everything is in portal), but something like this would be hella helpful in a tourney, or vs people you don't know.
Hell its good against people you DO know too.
Also the pic is a solid 4 stars.
Not a lot of comboing, except the obvious "when a _____ is put into a graveyard" ones.

The closest comparable card I could find is Ransack.
Ransack is 1 mana cheaper, gives you the option of using it on yourself, and can put any number of the cards on the bottom of your opponent's library. (The bottom of the library is often times just as inaccessible as the graveyard.)

I'd rather use Second Sight, especially considering that you'll often want to use e.g. Cathartic Adept to mill the 2nd-best card too.
Edit: Ah, Ransack is definitely the appropriate comparison. There's also Bamboozle--, 4 cards, 2 to opponent's graveyard.
