A card this fun definitely deserves Foglio art!

Correction: Card draw can never be too good.

This card was awesome back in the day, Prosperbloom anyone?
Rating it 5 for combo potential, and the artwork in this version. :P

Now that was what i would call ridiculously unlikely, evenblackerlotus o_o
Although that happened to me already, too. i can't quite remember whether the card wasn't possibly even from the same edition...if that's even possible.
Talking about editions, i wonder why the current rating for this Portal card differs that much from the Mirage or Sixth Edition ones.
Either those people don't like the artwork that much, or they simply didn't know about the combo potential involving infinite mana.
Stroke of Genius is more famous for that use since it can also have use without serving as a finisher.
The problem with Prosperty is that, despite being a draw spell, it causes card disadvantage compared to your opponent.
You could always run cards like Underworld Dreams to compensate this when not aming for a way to spend plenty of mana from a loop, though.

meh i like blue sun's zenith better its an instant that cost UU more however its targeted so easier to infinite mana combo with, actually think there's a legacy deck based around that, with high tide and mind over matter.
