Here's a list of cards that make this guy unblockable. From best to worst in descending order:
#1 Writ of Passage Very cheap, permanent, and it has tricky synergy with Trepanation Blade.
#2 Cloak of Mists Cheap, permanent.
#3 Shadow Rift Cheap, cantrip, temporary.
#4 Distortion Strike Very cheap, temporary.
#5 Artful Dodge Cheap, temporary, castable from Graveyard.
#6 Infiltrate Cheap, temporary.
#7 Veil of Secrecy Temporary.
#8 Ghostform Temporary.
#9 Steel of the Godhead Permanent, expensive.
#10 Protective Bubble Permanent, expensive.
#11 Whispersilk Cloak Permanent, expensive.
If you're going to try and make a deck with this guy and Unblockable cards, you might also consider Sigil of Sleep/... (see all)

Mill cards are so good! I prefer Nemesis of Reason, but if you have a mono-blue mill deck, this is a must-have!
Raven Guild Master +Crafty Pathmage = OWNAGE!

Question about morph: If you attacked with three 2/2 creatures (this guy being one of them), and your opponent blocks two of them (but not this guy), could you flip this guy up for his morph cost RIGHT BEFORE damage was dealt to the player in order to get his effect? And without your opponent changing his mind about who he was going to block?
Alpha: Ah, that's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure. Now I really like morph cards.
For a 3cc 1/1 creature, the potential for long-term card advantage here is actually mind-blowing.
