They won't print these again, my gut tells me. They would, however, reprint Story Circle, or a variant. They really don't like making one color cycles anymore.

This card is rated low because it is ridiculously situational. a S.B. card at best. Plus, black loves loss of life as opposed to damage, so...

This is a good card versus black! Black has almost no way outside of artifacts to answer it. Why is this rated so low?

The COPs were much more useful in the pre-tournament days, when you would yank out the wrong-colored COPs and put the right ones in (if you knew what deck your opponent was going to play). Reconfiguring your deck used to be normal practice. But that was wayyyyyyyy before 8th edition. Why did they keep reprinting these?

It doesn't have to be SB-material if you build a Deck around it, e.g. Pestilence or such
