Works well with Dream Tides especially as blue and white both have plenty of cards which can tap your opponents creatures if they refuse to attack you.

I plan on running this along with Terra Eternal in a enchantment/manland deck. There's nothing better than attacking relentlessly with your creatures only to have them open to tap for counters on your opponent's turn.
