A reprint of a timeless creature made famous by blocking so many things decks had no answer for - from Whirling Dervish to Black Knight, and attacking next turn. A true classic that was also critical to Stasis locks back when there weren't that many vigilant creatures in the game. Still a target for funny stuff like Econael mentioned - Vulshok Gauntlets and Leaden Fists.

Yotian Soldier is one of my favorite cards in the game. I’m so happy they reprinted him. He’s a classic card, and, I would argue, one of the few perfectly balanced cards.
He’s got a well-supported creature type, a supertype (artifact) that enables him to dodge a lot of black removal – such as Terror in his home plane of Dominaria or Go for the Throat in his new plane of Mirrodin – and a toughness that enables him to dodge a lot of red removal (Lightning Bolt, Incinerate, and co.) as well as enabling him to withstand a lot of your own mass removal (Infest, Pyroclasm, Slagstorm, etc.). He’s a great blocker, with a lot of toughness for survivability, some power for killing off or at least deterring weenies, and Vigilance (which is otherwise rare outside of white) to let him poke each turn as well, which also makes him a great holder for a sword or other equip artifact. Such a great card!

"Now, since you have no blockers, I'll attack you twenty times in one turn and kill you right here..."
Everyone can recall a newbie making this mistake.
