The art is so badass, some good movement, and tells a small story.

Took me a while to realize the sacrifice-part of this card while three of these were jamming my creatures, but after that my Skirsdag High Priest made my opponent rage-quit.

Not a great card by any means, but don't overlook this just yet. This card can act as a sacrifice outlet and it is a fine card to delay people with. Do note that sacrificing permanents is a pretty high cost. By the way, don't expect this card to ever get back to your hand. In response to your unsummoning your opponent will generally just sac the creature to volrath's ability.

Eh. You'd be surprised, especially in multiplayer where there's a lot going on, how often people just forget about the creature as though it's Pacified. And bouncing the enchantment to replay it on another threat is nice. I mean, blue removal/pacifism isn't supposed to be great. That's white's domain, and has been for some time.
That said, I wouldn't focus on psuedo-removal cards like this. If you're trying to add removal to your blue deck, splash white. It helps with control immensely, if you're going that direction. Or, if you insist on going mono-blue, find some repeatable bounce intead. Or maybe even the "does not untap" series of cards, though bounce usually sees more play, for versitility.
