Arcbound Ravager is also totally weak if you're not running artifacts.
Goblin Lackey is totally weak if you're not running Goblins.
Lumengrid Augur is even weaker if you're not running blue.

Well, you know where this is getting at. No card ever asked to be playable in any deck. But that doesn't mean it can't be perfectly playable in the right deck. Even the blue part of the Power Nine (Ancestral Recall, Time Walk, Time Twister) won't help you much if you don't have the right mana to cast them.

Also, you're =/= your, it's not that hard to figure out the difference! Oo
