@Gabriel: Actually I think Panic Spellbomb is based on Panic, which IMO is better than Stun, even though you have to wait a turn for the cantrip. To the extent that either of the cards are any good...

Anyways, a decent card, if a touch expensive. Cantrip saves it from being bad, but as is, mostly just meh.

A lot of Old non-creature spells would actually be just great if they had cycling, landcycling, buyback, and flashback. In otherwords, if they were reusable. IE, the card advantage on them is usually awful, but they were often THEORETICALLY just fine at effecting the board, and I'd actually love to write them into the character sheet of an RPG character.
A Deck of Spells works so completely differently than a Character Sheet though, that all kinds of crap that you'd actually use in D&D (A LOT!) becomes worthless in MTG :P
