Yeah, playable but mediocre removal for artifact decks. Instant and no real target restrictions though, which is sometimes worth 4 CMC. Note that it doesn't have to outright kill them to be good, it's fine for making sure a combat is won.

The effect is great and it can even take down indestructible creatures, on top of that at instant speed.
The only thing that bugs me is the cost. This could possibly have become a greatly playable card if it was cheaper...sigh.

2.5/5 This card really only holds weight in limited. Constructed, it never got used after the banning of artifact lands.
