This is not a bad option when you cannot get a hold of the big bad boys out there like @Budherus pointed out. I also like the art like majinara said. Mostly though I think I respect it as a fun card to play back in the old school theme deck "The Slivers" that came out during Tempest. That is really the only time I ever used said card though.
