This is still a pretty decent card for mid game.

I don't like that it comes into play tapped, and deals damage to you. They should have taken one of those out.
Still, not unplayable.

There's better dual color stuff out there.

Wow! All the drawback of Grand Coliseum with only 2/5th of the colors!

"Someday, I'll get that kind of respect." muttered Scabland as he wistfully observes his dual land cousin, Plateau being the center of attention and surrounded by all the other nonbasic lands in the room.

meh, i never was a huge fan of duel lands. yes, it's glorious for a properly colored deck, but what about such like Corrupt? duel lands can't cover them. Also, 'The Scablands' is not generally how i picture white-related cards, although i guess it can work.

As far as I can tell, this is strictly worse than Boros Guildgate, Battlefield Forge, Temple of Triumph, Grand Coliseum, Ancient Amphitheater, Clifftop Retreat and Jungle Shrine. Its also worse than Sacred Foundry and Plateau unless your opponent is running Mountain or Plains hate like Volcanic Eruption.
tl;dr: this card is seriously outclassed.
