Not sure why this has such an awful rating. Its not the -best- card in the world, but I can see how someone could make good use of this.

I would say that scry 2 is good for one mana. You get little deck manipulation in white.

This thing gets really cool if you wanna play it with the Heroic stuff in a casual deck.
