With the banning of Stoneforge Mystic, Caw-Blade will maybe use this in Modern.

Yeah, i agree i have a WW equipment deck and this card is much better than the swordsmith, playability wise.

like all tutors, it's great for thinning out your deck. Run 4 of this if you run lots of equipment.

that's a very powerful equipment tutor.
i like that they decided to give it a cost of one white mana only.
consider that it's even better than a spell with the cost of XW that brings the equipment directly into play (similar to Taj-Nar Swordsmith - which is quite overcosted, especially in contrast to this)

This card is very undercosted, I'm surprised it's not played.
It's played some in Modern. In Legacy, though, there's really no good reason to play this as long as Stoneforge Mystic is legal.

I put this in a deck with only two or three equipment cards, solely to help draw Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang. For only 1 white, this thing is amazing.

This card is very undercosted, I'm surprised it's not played. Say you were running 2 equips at 3x each. You might as well run 4x this and 1x each of the eqiups. Then if you go that far, you open options to run 1x more equip and draw it with consistency, or put a misc equip in the sideboard for a particular MU.

This card has so few comments. It's a really strong tutor that isn't broken like stoneforge mystic. It's also one of the few tutors in white.

Powerful 1 mana tutor. Not broken like stoneforge mystic, in equipment deck run x4 of these and x1 of all your expensive equipment.

This isn't really comparable to Stoneforge Mystic for two reasons. One is that the Mystic was card advantage. Most Equipments are useless without a creature to equip them to, and while the Mystic provided a body for you to put strong Equipments on, this is a horrible topdeck once you've run out of creatures. So what about Living Weapon, which lets Equipments circumvent the drawback of needing a creature? Well, by far the best Living Weapon card is Batterskull, but 5 mana is quite a lot for competitive play when combo decks can win on turn 4 even in Modern (3 occassionally). The Mystic let you get around that by playing Batterskull for a mere 2 mana, and at instant speed too so you could keep lands untapped for a counterspell if need be.
