This is the most depressing card in the world.
Even ignoring the art. It's a 2/2 for 
, and what's his only ability? His controller can sacrifice him, and end his pitiful existence.
You don't even really feel like sacrificing him, because you'd mill three cards. Yes, there's combo potential there, but there's much better cards that do what he does.
No one will ever love him.

Probably better not for putting particular cards into your graveyard but for threshold and lurgoyf-style effects. But not good.
