I knew they were going to reprint this one day in a Core Set.
I'm guessing they put him in M11 because of the upcoming Scars of Mirrodin cycle.
(Because i actually can remember some rant of Wizards about M10 saying that they were intentionally not including cards that are distinctly related to the backgrund story of the accordant Cycle where they originally come from.)
This would mean that there are still Vulshok around. I can't wait to return to Mirrodin :D
