This is a pretty sweet card; surprised I haven't seen it used more often. Red has a ton of creatures and effects with haste, and this combos perfectly with that theme. As a 1-drop it is a no brainer.

Just an awesome card. It's a 1-mana common global enchantment with a good effect and hilarious Chuck-Norris-joke-esque flavor text. Play it with loads of creatures or guys with haste, and hey presto! It's a deck.

Do note that it backfires when your oppenent doesnt have any creatures out as it does not say that you "may" tap. In which case you would need to tap one of your own.
i am uncertain wether you may target an already tapped creature (it does not read "target untapped creature").

This cards work pretty well with Goblins, especially the Goblins from that block that came after Odyssey and before Mirrodin. I can't remember what it was called.

Yes, Pi314r, you can target a tapped creature. It will be tapped again. You cannot, however, target the creature that was the spell you cast to trigger this ability.
