This card is really good with "S". Snake Tokens. Soldier Tokens. Sand Tokens. There are lots of tokens produced en-masse that start with "S".
In Un-Draft, probably the most often time you'll see this guy with M due to the high number of good common M cards. Blast from the past does give you a goblin though. Symbol Status' "E" is great too if you can net 2-3 of these cards. It may seem useless in draft until you account for land.
