I must be REALLY tired to come up with such a strange combo, but...
Unyaro Bees + this + Momentous Fall would be rather amusing. Swing with the bees, pump to your heart's content, and then use the mana generated by Mark of Sakiko to sacrifce your pumped-up bees, gaining a slew of cards and life.

@TPManW
The largest pingers are Kilnmouth Dragon(Red, 5/5, requires Dragon support), Niv-Mizzet(Red/Blue, 4/4, pings for card draw), and Stinging Barrier(Blue, 0/4 wall with {U}{T} to deal one damage.
None of these really work...

I think it's better than Sakiko, Mother of Summer herself. While she gives the ability to all your creatures (basically), this comes out much faster, possibly already replacing your mana if you have a 2/X which you dropped in turn 1 and which attacks now (assuming the opponent has no blocker).

Dang. Yeah with Omanth the mana in your pool would increase every time he dealt damage (double it if nothing blocked him or reduced his power). Good idea.
Can anyone name the biggest pinger in the game off of their head? That or a tleast something that puts the mana to good use.
Edit- Sorry I meant the creature that pings for the most damage not the biggest one. Something like Spikeshot Eldercould be good.
Edit again- sorry didn't see it specified "combat" damage. :(

Lol, attach this to an Omnath or someone else while he's in play, and the forests wouldn't leave your pool, correct?
