Has some use. But should cost 1R or R. Either that or have a second ability like giving enchanted creature +2/+0 or something.

I think it was the flash that did this card in. See Ophidian Eye vs Curiosity. It probably would have had either some sort of pump or been around in cost without it.
It's funny to see WotC's nervousness about combat tricks show up in the form of cards like these. This ability it almost 9 times out of 10 completely insignificant to your opponent. Sure, there are some specific cases where it's needed to prevent recurrence, but I know for a fact this wasn't the first block either effect was introduced in. They can't say they were testing the waters with it or some other excuse.
They should have added something else to this to make it not such a dead draw in those 9 other cases and a pretty bad 2 for 1 in the chance it would have helped but the creature gets zapped. Even a cantrip when you played it wouldn't have hurt it's cause.

Could be a decent sideboard if someone's runnin' a zombie deck or something similar, but would never be great. I'd give it 3 for its ability, -2 for its mana cost, +1 for Flash, so 2/5.

This is one of those cards you haul out to specifically stop something one of your friend's decks is doing to you. Make Larry's ultimate Graveyard/sacrifice/uber mana combo deck cry.
I could see throwing it on something like Thicket Basilisk under such a circumstance... which would be incredibly rare.
I agree, the cost is too high for such an narrow effect.
1.5/5

Wow, 3 different Oracle changes:
Enchant Creature moved from type line to text box
"You may play..." -> Flash
"put into a graveyard..." -> dies

This card was designed to hose soulshift. But printing a card that does nothing but hose a single mechanic is a good way to get people to hate it later. And you can't say it was designed to be general use graveyard hate outside of Kamigawa, because Tormod's Crypt had already been printed, and who would use this when you can have that?

It doesn't even stop regeneration, since the creature has to actually get sent to the graveyard. Totally worthless.

This card would have been better off without flash and costing , fills a niche roll and is to expensive. Heck with flash and costing , it still would only fill a niche roll and not see play outside of kitchen table.
