I was going to make a comment about putting this on Plague Spitter with Basilisk Collar, but then who really cares about the exile part if you have that sort of thing set up?

This is currently the lowest-rated mono red enchantment on Gatherer.

At its fairly rediculous cost, it is little more than booster filler. At a CMC, it might have had a use. Really, the only plus is that you can play it at instant speed.

Good situational use in undying formats. You obviously cast it on an opposites card you don't want in the graveyard. Sideboard in certain meta's or a playable is silly EDH decks. Not great, but not as terrible as current rating.
