This is a good card drawer in EDH if you're like me and run a lot of reanimator-style cards. Put that big guy on the the top of your library, mill him with this. You got him right where you wanted him and refilled your hand all for 3UU!! Tho i suggest treating this thing like Treasure Hunt, avoid doing it blind.

Sort of like Erratic Explosion for blue? Not bad, and as someone said, obviously intended to be arranged beforehand with some sort of scry effect. I still wish it specified a nonland card, though.

Whoa, this guy--his face, eyes, mouth, everything--is Sanada Hiroyuki (Japanese actor--you've seen him in The Last Samurai, Rush Hour 3 and 47 Ronin). Well played, Mr. Rush.

Love the facial expression. "Am I supposed to believe the tales of squiggly lines?"

EDH is where this is going to shine. Possibly also in regular green-blue decks, but you do need to make sure your deck manipulation is good.
Also, previous set had the Top. Whatta combo.

Better yet, get Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on top: shuffle your graveyard into your library and draw 15 cards.

With scry-like effects, this could rock your socks off. Drawing a land however, is more like un-rocking your socks off :P
