This card would've been way cooler if the flip condition was if you controlled eight or more creatures, given the creature's name.

This should read "If you control ten or more creatures...why haven't you already won the game with an overrun?"" Seriously, your playing green. If you haven't won or be damn near close to winning by turn 8 or whenever his flip ability would be relevant, it means you probably got board wiped and you're done.
If this card is good then Bloodline Keeper is a nuke. For one more CMC, you get a 3/3 body with evasion that makes 2/2 tokens with evasion without any mana investment.
And when you flip the keeper, (an effect that only takes 5 vampires, instead of ten creatures) you get a 5/5 body with evasion and all other vamps automatically get +2/+2 with no sac requirement.
Is Keeper really that good?
