This art is way too badass for that effect. This artifact looks like it should be an Armageddon-type effect, not a measly 1 damage for 5 mana.

I have on of these in Russian (I think...) and I looks so awesome. Whenever I look through my cards I want to put it in a deck... but I don't have any room in my Chimney Imp control deck...
