@Gatorsnatcher:
This card is the epitome of good. A lot of examples have been already shown - combos great with Islands, can fly over any non-flyer, you don't have to sac it to make it good like Black Lotus, etc.
Not to mention it can be equipped with Razor Boomerang. The 'Storm' mechanic is what really makes this card, though. If Wizards had made it a 0/1, it may have some balance to it, but as of now it's overpowered as hell. I'd normally wish a card such as this hadn't been made but he's been the source of most of my victories, even with nonblue decks.
I predict this card will raise 40-50 dollars in value in the next few months. Stock up now.

"I am a storm crow, Tawnos. A bird of ill omen. Disaster follows in my wake, and I don't want to hurt her anymore. I don't want to hurt anyone anymore. Only a " - Urza to Tawnos, The Brothers' War by Jeff Grubb.
NOW I know why this card is so powerful: It's Urza! The storm crow is Urza!

My only regret is I can only have 4 of this in every deck... Along with 4 Dovescapes, just to do dear Storm Crow proud *wipes tears*
Things you can do with Storm Crow:
-Win on turn 23 by itself. I know right. Crazy stuff. Imagine that with extra turn effects.. broken as hell.
-Pitch it to Force of Will. I mean how many cards can you do that with?
-Fly over Phyrexian Obliterator, Progenitus and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. So you can't even stop that 23 turn clock. That's power creep for you.
-Kill 1/1 soldier tokens all day. Yes I'll kill that one.. and this one and that one.
-Make it indestructible with Darksteel Plate. That's why it's banned in Commander.
-Give it infect with Phyresis and win in TEN turns. Oh my god.
-Give it protection from black with the swords and it's immune to Doom Blade! or red and it's immune to Bolt!

@ShatterPalm
Storm Crow isn't strong because it's Urza, Urza is strong because he's a Storm Crow.

The thing that gets to me is that in Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012, in Ral Zarek's U/R Hastey Bouncey InstantSorcery deck, Cloudburst, I run all four of these. They're nice and cheap, and if I have to bounce them to my hand, It's not much of a deal to play them again.
All jokes aside, not as good as bouncing a Spark Elemental along with something big of your opponent's, zapping your opponent for three with a Lightning Bolt meanwhile Gelectrode-ing three times on an unsuspecting bukkake victim. But a legit card nonetheless when you're presented with a limited choice and some really bad vanilla. This is... playable vanilla. Like Kraken Hatchling.

Some people probably have a Storm Crow in their wallet instead of pictures of their wife and child.
I have a more traditional sense of values and priorities, I have a picture of my wife and my daughter in my wallet.
But... my wife and my daughter are storm crows.
