Powercreep at its worst, i remember when they where gonna give this guy an ability
"1: target creature you control gets +1/-1 until eot, if that creature is put into a graveyard this turn draw two cards"
But they decided against it as it was already broken, and it was such a weak ability next to the one it already has this sucker can fly (not even superman can do that), they knew when this bad bird came out everyone was gonna be playing 4 copies of him no matter what deck they had.

So crap like Black Lotus and the Moxen are restricted in Vintage and yet this guy was never ONCE pulled from Standard. Sometimes I just don't understand the DCI.
