How is this card so great? Fog of Gnats negates its impact. Doom Blade and/or Go for the Throat nixes it. Damnation and Wrath of God wipe it out. If you also play Blue (which I do - Black & Blue actually), there are numerous ways to prevent it from even reaching the battlefield a la my personal favorite: Undermine.

2 Stars and it can fly into a shed and lock itself inside.

They banned Time Walk but let this see play. Why WIZARDS! Why do you have to give blue the best cards!!!!!!!!!!!! IT cAN ATTACK 4 1 DAMAGE IN THE AIR!!!!!! NOT EVEN BLIGHTSTEEL COLOSSUS DOES THAT!

Turn 1: Land, Elvish Spirit Guide, Lotus Cobra
Turn 2: Land, Survival of the Fittest, Confessor
Turn 3: Land, Dark Ritual, Sanguine Bond
/1 Mana, discard Storm Crow, fetch Storm Crow. Repeat.

If this isn't proof of Storm Crows awesome power I don't know what is!!

This thing is only 4 stars? Come on this is Storm Crow we are talking about here, the best, most efficient creature in the game?

Oh, I see, its being hate rated like Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Baneslayer Angel.

I can't believe they reprinted it in 9th. It wasn't that long ago.
